Reservation Requirements
$1000 Deposit required to hold reservation
Balance due 30 days prior to reservation date
Rental Contract required with copy of Government ID
Cancellation Terms
100% refund if cancellation is greater than 90 days prior to arrival
50% refund if cancellation is 60-89 days prior to arrival
25% refund if cancellation is 31-59 days prior to arrival
0% refund if cancellation is 0-30 days prior to arrival
